Cross County Plumbing

Called Cross County to replace a broken water service line to my house. Donnie explained the process and presented all the options, as well as provided a very reasonable estimate for the work. Very straightforward and honest experience. We called them back to address other plumbing issues in the house. Would highly recommend.

Very professional, quality work completed promptly. What I liked most about working with them was the great customer service on the phone before they even came out to do the job. They really took the time to understand the problem and lay out my options so that I could make an informed decision about what to do. They also made great recommendations about which fixtures and appliances to purchase and where to get them. I've used Cross County plumbing twice now and definitely plan to consult with them in future when I have plumbing issues.

Cross County recently installed a new water main line into my house. Due to how the original builder had installed the water line (under the basement slab of my house), I was first skeptical that Cross Country team can actually pull the old pipe and install new pipe in its place. The project was led by Rickie and his crew. Although they have ran into multiple unforeseen challenges, Rickie never displayed any frustrations and always provided assurance to me that the work will be done no matter what. The pipes are now installed and I have my water back. By the way, Cross Country was able to install the new water line at a fraction of what other plumbers had quoted. Excellent work by Cross Country team. I would definitely refer them for all plumbing needs to anyone.

A simple wax ring replacement turned into an unexpected (and out of our depth) flange replacement. I asked for a quote via yelp on Saturday night, and Donnie immediately responded and had someone out here by Sunday afternoon. Ricky was absolutely terrific and got us squared away with both the flange and adding a laundry line to the same pipe so we could move the washer down to the basement. The extra work took longer than expected, but they stuck to their quoted price, and Ricky was really nice and patient with us the whole time. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend!!
