Built on Kırıkhan Hassa road, the castle is located on a high hill as a common feature of all castles. Therefore, the vast majority of the environment can be seen, if not completely. They also installed doors in their accessible rooms and locked on their doors, so they only allow viewing and shooting from the outside. The castle was used for military purposes and was built to ensure the safety of the road leading by Kahramanmaraş-Gaziantep and the Aleppo road.
