It is very good otel and they are very interested in take care and make their customers relax but some of cleaning staf don't doing their work as it must being

Amazing stay with amazing people, being an American they have an amazing breakfast spread, ironed my shirt for me and gave me an authentic Turkish town per my request all for free! Will be sure to book again with them :)

Very nice hotel and good place to stay in Gaziantep. We got 3 rooms and all guest were very happy with their stay. It gives you 5* comfort with very acceptable price. Their staff is well trained and it looks they all graduated from tourism schools.. We had zero issue with the hotel.
