Yılmazoğlu Park Otel

A trashy place, no hot water, and it was not only the hot water , I was talking to the reception, he was rude enough to hang up the phone on me , not to forget the maintenance employee came to the room without wearing a mask . Beside you know well that you have a hot water problem that night and during the morning, so don’t tell me it was ok . The floor was non smoking floor , I kept all night complaining to Ms Emine about the smoke and the noise, she was the only person at your property who was cooperative. Anyway, I filed my case with Turkish Ministry of Tourism.

Worth the price ,staff is polite.
