The staff helpful, guest requests are answered immediately and also I felt comfortable in my hotel room as if I was at home. I had the opportunity to meet with Ms. Demet R., who is responsible for human resources, and even though she was not directly involved in the guest operation, she helped us a lot during our stay. Wonderful customer service by the front desk staff member Mr. Mohammad Sharif, he is very professional, helpful and courteous.

Generally all OK, but Internet last a few months is just owful.nI was unable to call home via viber etc.

I ordered a fried eggs, but I got omlet, the day after my order was totally forgotten.nIn the evening I ordered a light dinner, I calld after 50 minutes to ask about my order.. they said we are coming.. But they didn't.. After another 15 minutes I called and cancelled the order because i was very sleepy and can't wait more.nI'm visiting this hotel for more than 7 years and nothing like this happened to me
