The staff offered no help. They charge extra for toothpaste and toothbrush. The room wasn’t clean enough. The bed wasn’t made up correctly. There were water spots in the bathroom and we couldn’t close the door to the bathroom.

Nice rooms, very easy. Our child was sick, absolutely no problem to move us rooms at midnight. Staff are the biggest asset. Location is great.

The hotel offers all the comfort you may imagine. Located in a modern and new neighbourhood of the city. It is 4 stars but it's like a 5 star hotel. The check-in was smooth. Room was quite big. Bed was very very comfortable. Bathroom looked fresh and clean. Minibar is available in the room. The hotel also has a small bar on lobby floor. Parking is free with lots of space. There are two malls and quite good restaurants within walking distance. Köprübaşı (city center) takes 20 min. on foot. The nearest tram stop is within 10 min. distance.nRooms facing city could be noisy until late-night because of the bars located nearby. Ask for a room facing west if you are a light-sleeper.

Very nice please very clean and organized there was a slight misunderstanding with the Expedia reservation however the manager of the hotel did right by us and made us very happy customers highly recommend it
