Been here for several times and this place always meets my satisfaction with friendly and professional services. Today, I and my husband stopped by to buy coffee bean and thanks to the help of the barista Gokce, we found the best product we could get. She was so professional and friendly. She even instructed and waited us till we download and register on the app so that we can take advantage of it. All staffs are quite professional and friendly. Hope the standard of the service never gets ruined.

Best Starbucks in Eskişehir if not Turkey. Great management always clean and exemplary.nnUPDATE: It became a shame for the Starbucks enterprise within a period of two years. Internet is not available frequently, power outlets do not work, barista turnover is high and the dirtiest Starbucks in Eskisehir.
