One star is for their cleanliness and availability of high tech. The staff is not friendly. They focus on the money instead of people’s health. All services are too expensive.

Very bad hospital. Bad service. I am at the icu and i told the nurses to change it they havent change the sanitizer for at last two days. If the manager is reading this please educate and train your nurses better at the intensiv care unit. I tild them on 15th july and still they did not change

Their doctors are really good, but as a nurse I am ashamed to write this bloodletting nurses nightmare. I said take my son's blood from his hand, he stubbornly tried to take it off his arm for minutes, I could not stand it, I said take it out, I said no, I am a child nurse, he said, well, he stubbornly came to the other arm. I asked for their names, didn't tell, he kept his card, which is already a crime. I refer to Allah, but please do not lose your name with new ends that do not know yourself.

It is definitely a hospital that should be avoided. I had neck hernia surgery on December 7th. After the operation, I became paralyzed in the vocal cord and unfortunately lost my voice. Since my pale tube is not closed, what I eat is constantly running away from my breath and I cannot return to my working life because I cannot speak. Authorities accepted that this situation was due to surgery. But they were not interested in any way to get my voice back. Now I am going to the voice therapist, covering my expenses out of my pocket. When I asked for help from the hospital, I was faced with a reaction wherever you complain. I was left with the operation fee of 50 thousand TL from my private insurance. You turned my life into a nightmare. * Despite my comment, no official has made a return, although my name and surname information is clear, I did not even receive an apology phone.
