I bought the shoe I bought from Espark on 02.12.2020, 2 weeks later, I brought it to the store because it hit the right side, they sent the shoe to be repaired. 1 week later, when I went to buy the shoe, there was no shoe and I noticed a difference in the leather of the right and left front side, I brought the shoe again to examine it. They bought it on 2021.They arrived on 19. 03.2021, but they returned the shoes without any action. I did not see such nonsense, they prepared a report in a cocky way as if it was all my fault. I will never buy the tergan brand again and I will not let go of it and I will forward my complaint to the necessary places.

I bought two coats from this store, one 3x and one 2x came, and if I have never changed, I bought 20 pairs of shoes, I bought 20 pairs of shoes in the store more than my closet.

I totally agree with the other comments. You can never enter the store and look for a product freely and comfortably without pressure on you. The staff who try to sell products forcibly follow you closely. If you buy one product, this time they try to sell the second one, if you do not buy a second product, they forcefully sell shoe cleaning products for the product you bought, they make faces if you don't buy anything. I have bought a lot of shoes / bags from here. I do not have a word on their bags, they are quite high quality but abnormally expensive. In the shoes, genuine leather ones are of normal quality. Imitation leather ones are sold at a much higher price than their quality and the latest boot I bought was not genuine leather and it was sold at the price of genuine leather.
