Decent hotel, stayed in a self catering deluxe room. Staff are great especially Pam who works at guest relations. It has a kids pool great for families with extra charges for sunbeds. Can be noisy during the night. The aircon is £5 extra a day and it is not in the bedroom but in the living room so takes time to cool bedroom. If you want a fan it's £3 a day. No WiFi in bedroom only by the poolside. Safe is extra cost i think £10 -15 a week. Decent collection of English TV channels. Towels and beddings changed every 3 days. Only one roll of toilet paper provided you will have to buy your own. Food and drinks are not all that and costly its cheaper if you go out. They check your temp everytime you leave and enter and sanitation is all over hotel. Nice restaurant nearby called 'La Kebab' cost you alot less then hotel, the food and service is excellent there. Has a 24hr shop onsite if you need anything late at night. Lots of British types of pubs around not my cup of tea. Its away from the centre, beach and marina about 30 mins walk or 10 mins by taxi which costs between 25-30 lira one way. Spent most of our time at the marina for food and shopping, nice resturants there like the ottoman and saman again food is alot cheaper. They do have another hotel located closer to the centre dont know what its like though. They have a barber and hamam inside which hassle you all day by the pool it can get quite annoying. Overall not a bad hotel 3 star at most, if I knew about the additional costs and location I would have booked a hotel closer to centre and paid the extra. Only plus side is the kids pool which our little one enjoyed.

Our stay at the Allina was not planned but we would like to say that it's a very nice place especially the constant help and assistance by Pam (Customer Services), we would personally like to thank the daytime reception man (do not know his name) who helped us with a return airport transfer issue....he was brilliant. This hotel is great for kids and with regards to COVID controls they are Fantastic with masks, hand cleaning etc we felt very safe - Thank you Club Alpina

The hotel was brilliant and the staff were fantastic we all had such fun I would recommend this hotel for s brilliant holiday many thanks too everyone 👍

Just been for a weeks holiday, great hotel, awesome staff and covid safe, sanitiser stations x 2 every floor, all tables have sanitiser, suitcases disinfected when we arrived
