I was here in the winter during Lockdown so I did not manage to use all of the hotels facilities but I can say that the staff are super friendly and efficient. The views are great and the restaurant was open until midnight!!! I hope to be back in less cumbersome times and expecially when it's warmer so I can enjoy the pool and beach!!!! Thank you to all the staff!!!!

This is the best hotel we have ever experienced!! This is for sure🤗 The staff was so polite and friendly 🥰 the service here is about a very high level!!! the furniture is new everywhere. The interior design is very modern and stylish. This food 🤦‍♀️😌👌🏻❤️ We have no suitable words to describe this delicious art😍👍 And our flight has been delayed 4 times. We were welcomed to stay in the hotel and use everything till good bye... we were served with food and drinks as well. Everybody took care of us as long as we were needed. It was such a pleasure to be the guests of this hotel🙏❤️🤗 Turkish people are so nice 😌🤗 we have a new great friend from here 😌😍 Special thankfulness for the creators and all the staff of this hotel 🙏🙏🙏 Premier Nergis , you are simply the best ❤️ P.s.: the view is so cool... We have amazing pictures from there 😌👌🏻

Pros: hotel recently renovated, located just by the beach, beds are comfortable, swimming pool is quite big, food in the main restaurant is really tasty and most of the staff at the restaurant, pool bar and spa reception lady are friendly and helpful. Cons: if you need some extra water in the room, you have to go to the pool bar with your own bottles and refill it there. Gym is not open yet. Housekeeping is knocking at the door and immediately entering the room, so you better lock the door if you are inside. We were staying in the end of July during local holidays, therefore hotel was filled with local people which is great. However sometimes some staff members treated us differently from Turkish people i.e. priority in giving food(by the way there are no name tags). When we asked for extra sunbeds to the pool area we got only subbed, meanwhile another Turkish couple just next to us got it with umbrella and table. I totally understand, that staff is working hard and long hours, still it doesn’t mean to treat tourists differently. Near half of the staff doesn’t understand English, improvement needs in these area as well. After fixing above mentioned points, hotel will get more loyal customers.

This hotel is literally BRAND NEW! Everything is so clean and the service is 10/10. This is probably the best located hotel as its in the heart of Marmaris with everything you need right at the door step of the hotel. We got the sea view room which I highly recommend. The staff are friendly and accommodating, special mention to Oslam the reception manager who is always smiling and looking after all the guests. Rooms cleaned every day. They have a private beach. The food is tasty and has different options. Would I return to this hotel? Certainly yes! If you are not sure which hotel to chose, pick this one and thank me later.

The hotel is new and on the beach, not enough pool beds for the number of guests. The staff are friendly, rooms clean as you would expect from a new hotel. Quoted £7500 for 5 rooms next year at the same time and £5000 for a wedding. The hotel is nowhere in that price category, rooms similar to a Premier Inn here in the UK
