Dedeman Palandoken Ski Lodge

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The only nice thing about this hotel is the staff. They were very friendly. However, the overall experience was a disaster. The breakfast was okay, it was a small open buffet. We had to ask the staff for the tables to be cleaned for a few times, we waited around before we could sit and have breakfast. We asked for tea cups and got the response that they have non available. The dinner was horrible. There wasn’t any open buffet, that could be understandable considering the pandemic conditions but there was open buffet in the morning!? They told us that we had 4 options of dish included in our stay. The portion of the meat was quite small and it was so salty that we couldn’t eat it. So we asked for a change of dish and decided to try chicken. If that’s grilled chicken, I guess I’ve never eaten grilled chicken in my life before. After a long day of skiing I can say that this wasn’t the dinner we were expecting. One night, we wanted to sit by the fire place since it’s a mountain resort we thought it’d be nice. They told us that they are out of wood. So we decided to stay in our room and ordered some drinks. It took an hour and a half and a few phone calls to the reception for the order to come. As a result, I don’t think I will ever stay in this hotel again. I also wouldn’t recommend it to anyone to stay and have similar experience.

It was a very comfortable stay. We had a beautiful room looking to the ski area.

Good value stay, right next to the ski lift, free parking, good breakfast, good size rooms with additional bed built into the wall, friendly staff. Despite somewhat old hotel, it was tastefully upgraded and comfortable. Foods and drinks were on the pricy side but expected especially during covid times, so we ordered from Yemeksepeti. Recommended

Amazing rooms, location near the gondola.. 1min walk away.. what made the stay better is Emrah where i meet everytime during breakfast.. amazing staff and make sure youre always happy to go before your Skiday

Hotel is quite old but not that bad at all. It looks much nicer on the pictures than it is in real live. The Chef and the staff in the bar were very friendly and helpfull. With the rest of the staff i had 2 very bad experiences. 1) I was got very sick during my stay. My girlfriend went to the reception to ask for a water and a coke. The clerk was not willing to help because it was nighttime and the bar was closed. Eventough the fridge and the kitchen were only 5 meters away. My girlfriend had to drive to alone to Erzurum at 4 occlock in the morning to buy the water.. 2) I forgot my watch in my room. On the same day I contacted the hotel to send it to Adana. I offered to pay for it and also to pay a generous tip. Untill today I did not hear anything from them despite 2 messages from me. This was a very important watch for me.nnBetter choose a difftent hotel, you will be happier and enjoy your stay more!
