# 1 place where there is favoritism. I do not recommend it at all, especially in winter. I have been coming with my family for two years and we have to sit with our coat, they bring a pair of ufo, but they say that when we want a heater, all the heaters in their hands are used. There are no words about taste, but we were not satisfied as a customer. It was our second and last time.

It is the best in Erzurum in terms of ice cream but the name of the food cannot show the same quality, sometimes it is difficult to breathe from cigarette smoke in the indoor area, and maybe all the defects can be covered up if the pool works.

Even 1 star could not bring 2 bowls of ice cream to 25 minutes. After receiving the order, 5 tables were cleaned, but they could not bring orders.

If a business does not have trained personnel, even if you offer the most delicious tastes in the world, it is not worth the money.nTo order, raise a hand like a student, raise a finger, shout for a look, ignoring it, these are the things that negatively affect the human energy.nThe ice cream is very nice, but when the presentation is awful, the flavor is shadowed.
