This is a really classy place. I would whole heartedly recommend it! The staff behavior is really professional! Theire attitude is more then well-minded, sometimes even a bit too much for my style. There was no functioning ventilation in our bathroom and it was stinking a bit. But the view was very nice from the living room. The breakfast was excellent! Totally recommend it!

I very like this hotel . And I want ask - do you have maybe job for people who not know turkish language? But I know English and Russian . I would like work here

We wanted to stay overnight in this hotel. We had a train from Tatvan to Ankara, we were looking for a place to manage, one night. By the way, the nightly prices were 250 TL. I was very comfortable seeing the comments and the score before I left. However, I was horrified by the landscape I saw. As we entered late in the evening and paid for the check-in, we were happy to go out in the snowy weather and look for a hotel, we said we would be okay because we were staying for one night, but I regretted it officially. First of all, it is a joke that there is no HEATING system in such an expensive hotel in a place where it is very cold in the winter like Tatvan !! We officially froze with our money. The bed in the first room we entered was full of hair, we conveyed the situation to the person at the reception, took us to another room. There was no hot water in the showers. The water was not cold, but it had a degree of warm handling. Who gave this hotel these high scores, I refer them all to Allah. Nobody has the right to mislead other people !!

I think tatvan baso 300 oda compared to a place like a price too much. service was also bad. but the rooms were definitely very good.

Small hotel room he thought we came from a 2 + 1 apartment but the comfort of a 5 star hotel overlooking the lake in a central hotel !!!
