It is a business where I have found all my food and needs since the day I adopted my cat and where I can get all the information I want. It is a place where I always welcome them with a smiling face and I can recommend pleasant conversations.

I've been shopping since 2019. I have a cat that I adopt from the street. For 2 years, I am very pleased with the products it provides and its advice. My cat helps in all matters better and healthier than her peers. When my cat gets sick, the hour doesn't matter. It goes back to the message I wrote. He does his best or directs where necessary. They are friendly and helpful people who serve their family customers. Even during the pandemic process, it is someone who meets all kinds of needs for their pets to people who are sick and cannot leave home. I know a debt of thanks.

Since I am an animal lover, I have shopped at many pet shops to buy food for my animal friends both at home and outside, but I have not met such reliable, friendly and helpful people here. A place I can always recommend on any subject.

The food he sold was fake or spoiled. I went to return the food because my cat did not eat it. The lady in the shop did not accept it first and then went directly to the defense and later accepted it and changed the food. I asked for my money back in good faith because now they lost my confidence after reading other reviews. She forced me out of the shop, lady. It is not a reliable place that stands behind what it sells. The handling and quality are also incredibly bad.

Since I adopted my cat, she is a business owner who has provided all kinds of assistance, be it her food or her care. We agree not as a seller but as a customer. I am very glad that my path is broken.
