A site built about 6 years ago. Well preserved to this day. Pool cleaning looks good. Parking area downstairs is cleannThe fitness room is good. It is well managed for now. Although the houses are not very large, 2 + 1 apartments are very comfortable for a family of 4. The layout of the 1 + 1 apartments is very nice. Although the region where it is located is Akçay Altınkum, there are short-storey buildings around it. The minibus passes by. There is a secondary school about 300 m ahead.
