Marnas Hotel Bayrampaşa

Hotel doesn't look bad but restaurant has no food that's on their menu. You ask for non smoking next thing they put a couple of chain smokers next door to you. You complain they move you to a single room although you have paid for double instead of moving the smokers. DUH. Staff are ok but breakfast is boring and everyday they same. Don't recommend.

Its well optimised. Good prices. Acceptable breakfast menue.

Excellent hotel .. wonderful services .. they have everything u can ask for .. location is good too .. staff are very helpful breakfast is assorted and yummy .. they speak English too... I stayed there 7 nights ... very clean hotel.. recommend it

Hotel is lovely however the hotel will rip you off for your money Me and two friends were to stay here and thought one was coming the next day but they cancelled her space the day we arrived ( after we informed them she would be late) and placed us in a two bedroom . Room was lovely however we had to pay the price for a three bedroom still! They would not refund us blaming me saying because I hadn't asked sooner during our stay and as the girl hadn't arrived it was our fault. So the hotel charged us still for three room space but only gave us a double! I asked to speak to a manager and he said he would meet me in the morning only to not show up and leave me speaking with staff who's English was very broken. Room was lovely and clean and food is nice here too, the spa is lovely also and it's close by to main tourist attractions but make sure you know what your paying as even when I showed them e mails proving what we have paid and received they would not resolve the issue or even apologise.
