Hotel was clean but staff was extremely rude. Banged the door as I didn’t give him tip. Ala carte restaurants were not available. No wifi in rooms only in lobby.nNo staff to communicate in English. It took half and hour to explain staff that i need to warm baby milk.nHe was not understanding word microwave

Let me start that rooms was freshly refurbished and clean. In my opinion this is definitely not 5* ultra all inclusive as for justices you have to pay extra alcohol was cheap and cocktails not drinkable unles you want strong cheap drinks. The sea is very close this is perfect for disabled visitors.

DON'T GO TO THIS HOTELL!!! They don't take the COVID measures seriously!! And this hotel is completely focussed on Russian/Ukrainian people (90%). They are fed with Alcohol 24/7 and are making a mess of it. The hotel overbooked the capacity. So you have no available sunbeds. The beach, swimingpool and the restaurants are completely full. No space to blend in. We booked for 4 days, however we didn't even stay 24 hours. The Front Office Manager tried his best, but these are not incident but structural problems. Especially when you go to the restaurant, everyone is all over the place. No order, but CHAOS!! The chefs should serve you but people are picking food with their own hands. I stayed at this hotel in September '20. My advice is to go to a different Hotel were they do value the COVID measures. And believe me I stayed at same price range hotels in Antalya, they were great. I booked with Expedia, they didn't help as well.

Very nice hotel with super friendly and caring staff.nThe food selection is amazing, especially the dessert section. There is a good offer for families, like kids clubs and even baby sitting. Everything is more than clean. Would recommend!

We stayed at Orange County Bleck for a week. So there were both positive and negative points:nThe staff was great. They were all friendly and helpful. Especially, Aylar at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. We could organize a surprise birthday party for my mom using their help.nThe daily entertainment programs were satisfactory as well. The beverages that they were serving also was of good quality.nHowever, the food quality and in particular lunches were not that amazing although you could find snack bars around the pool.
