We had a wonderful experience at the IC Santai Family Resort. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! All foods are delicious. Thank you IC Santai team and especially for Mr Hasan for every thing you did for us. We are highly recommended.

Excellent rooms and service with 24/7 support. The resort truly has all you need for a getaway, rental cars, a pool, shops, buffet restaurant, event hall and more. Suites are equipped with necessities, towels, a safe and stocked minibar. The view of the sea is also quite beautiful and the general ambience of the place is serene. If you don't mind spending a pretty penny, you should totally visit here.
Fantastic for families. Good range of food (though mass produced). Children had a wonderful time. Rooms are quite small and whole hotel was very crowded but we still had a lovely time.
