Aydınbey Famous Resort

We stayed at this hotel between 17th and 24th of July 2019. We were a large group from Romania: 10 adults and 5 kids (2 of them infants).nOur stay was OK during the first 4 days but afterwards our vacation turned into a nightmare. First, one kid from our group fell very bad and started vomiting and in a couple of days all the group was sick in bed.nI had to go to the doctor because my symptoms were very bad: vomit, diarrhea and fever. The diagnostic was ACUTE GASTROENTERITIS.nnI suspect that the kids took the virus from the swimming pool (which was quite smelly) and spread the infection to the adults. Even more, when we returned to our homes we infested also our relatives and our neighbors. Overall the hotel is OK, food is good and staff very friendly, but they lack hygiene in some common places like swimming pools and kinder park.nI wouldn't return here after this experience

Very good place for having vacation with your family! The food is really delicious! The rooms of this hotel are very tidy. The stuff is very friendly!)) I liked this hotel very much! The only thing that I wanted to do them is taking more territory for the hotel. The territory isn't very big, but it's ok.

Worst hotel I have stayed in! To be fair food is good, and cleanliness is not too bad! But for sure location, convenience and customer service are very poor! Our room is supposed to be on the sea, actually it’s on a loud street from across there is partying hotel and electric generator! It’s v loud and I feel we’re not at a resort but a poor part of the city! They have weird rules and practices, like using guest elevator as a service elevator, having to reserve a restaurant at a very certain hour to let you in, allowing towels to be discharged at very limited hours only! Also, except with very few exceptions like a manager in the king restaurant, staff are not well trained! Yesterday I was struggling to open the door with stroller and a staff was just watching me whithout offering to help! I also asked a chef about food item and he didn’t understand me, so he just ignored my question! As important, seems location is to the very east of other hotels! We are the first ones to be picked up by tours sbd the last ones to be dropped off, spending one extra hour on road each way! I can’t wait to be out of here!

Where do I begin. From day one we had continued problems at this hotel. My son cut his knee on the corner of the table in the bedroom and required 6 stitches. We had to complain about the toilet not working 5 times. We had one night where we came up to the room and we had no bedding at all on the beds so we had to go down and ask for bedding at 12.30am. The room cards where also very temperamental and would stop working every few hours. On the other hand the staff where very friendly and polite and the entertainment was also good. This was a mainly German dominated hotel with a few Russian and turkish familys aswel. The choice of food and drinks was great. Alot of bad points but also some good ones. All in all I would say this hotel was 3* not 5* as they claim to be.

Very nice place for holiday. Not so expensive but with good food, clean large rooms and kind personel.
