Just got back on the 17th sept ..the hotel is fab clean. They're following covid19 rules keeping distance. And clean. Keeping ac off in public areas. Food is great alot of choices. I would go again lots for kids to enjoy. Roof top adult poolnStaff are friendly .top drinks .pizza is fantastic

Absolutely superb!! It is a palace indeed. We stayed in room(duplex) 5109. Beds very comfortable, very clean room.I am very pleased on all points with this hotel and could not have been asked for more! Hotel staff very friendly and ready to help. I would like to give my special thanks to Onur Galyan. What a lovely person he is!! He was very professional and he gave us excellent customer service . Onur, if you see this , it was a pleasure to meet you! Also , many thanks to Kobi, great entertainer. With all this said, we will definitely book this hotel again and recommend it to all our family and friends! Almost forgot... food was absolutely delicious! Thank you all once again and will see you again soon

Clean polite staff food nice great pool great entertainment staff are so polite. But we booked a family room and we not in 1 haydasha palace don't care all they say is speak to jet two. The rep told us 2 days in a row he will move us as he can see we have paid extra arranged to meet us at 10.15 am and doesn't turn up. Also arrived and my child had to sleep In the middle of us as they not provide a cot. Also everyday they take my eldest child bed owt of the room avoid this place they do not care also avoid jet 2 at all cost

Beautiful hotel ,good size pool beautiful beach and scenery .clean rooms.nFood was awful ,most of the time cold that is a huge put off and quiet bland.it was a buffet and not only half the trays were empty ,but some were filled twice with the same food.nReception service as you enter hotel ,due to lack of customer service its not very welcoming.when you pay a lot of money ,and weigh pros and cons its not worth it.

Lovely hotel and staff are so kind and always have a smile. Also the head lifeguard is so kind and funny he will push you in. I would recommend going.
