White City Resort Hotel

Loved it, loved it! We stayed here with a small child during the first corona summer, feeling very safe and welcomed. Great stuff, clean and well maintained hotel.

We are still here until Wednesday, we can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff are completely amazing so friendly. Treat them how you'd like to be treated and then you can't go wrong. Food is plentiful you have breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight soup and rolls in main restaurant. The beach bar 12 til 5pm,npattiserie 10 til 7pm and BBQ Station afternoon and early evening.. if you moan then you're just to picky! plus you get to eat in cuisine once during your stay. Cleanliness wow! staff always in masks. cooks always wearing gloves spray everything down at end of day plus hand sanitizer stations are everywhere. Felt so safe throughout stay. Temperatures taken throughout day simply 10/10 for being on top of covid. Would I come back .... in a heartbeat. Waiting on whether lanzarote holiday is being cancelled in 16 days time if so re booking here. Impressed in this current pandemic is understatement. Hats off to White Cuty ♡

We have just got back from a week at white city resort. The hotel is very impressive and very clean beautiful beach and rooms where very clean and tidy . Bar staff and entertainment staff where lovely and tried there best but that’s where it stops on several occasions we complained to management about the restaurant and their staff which where ignorant and rude and left us stood there on many occasions. When we spoke with management all he said was that the hotel is very nice and like we told him yes your hotel is beautiful but the staff in the restaurant where not they where rude towards English people and we found that we where not the only ones to endure the same treatment. In my opinion if you are going to invite English people into your hotel then your staff need to learn to accommodate them like they did with the rest of the guests instead of having people stood their feeling very hurt and ignored . As a family of 7 adults and one child we would not come back to this hotel.

Good food, great entertainment. Rooms clean and well laid out. Infinity pool and beach side with plenty of sun beds
