Our the best holidays ever. Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff (greetings for Naim and Fiko - service higher than expected). Very good localization, close the the beach and just 15 minutes walk from Antique Side. Beach Bar is a great amenity, especially due to evenings with live music and performances. Very good and tasty cuisine. Variety of dishes choise will satisfy everyone. Excellent idea with app for ordering food and beverage.nWe highly recomend this Hotel and we hope to back there in near future. ud83eudd70ud83eudd70ud83eudd70

We recently booked to stay at the Raga hotel on the beach front but on arrival was told this part of the hotel was closed, to stay in this part of the hotel was £500 dearer than the standard suite but put us on the top floor in a basic double room, when I complained they said it was the holiday companies fault and not the Hotels but when I seen their system the booking was for the beach front part of the hotel, therefore I was lied to and eventually put in a standard suite. This is false advertising so anyone booking these rooms please make sure you get what you've paid for. Receptionist where really rude and abrupt but other staff in the hotel where very good and the service was excellent.

Just came back from my vacation. Stayed at the Raga Sept 27- Oct 7.nMixed feelings about it.nFirst, the room was nice, but located over the air conditioning units and facing busy highway. The noise level was high. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Little blanket is given for two people and large bed.nRoom furnishings, fixtures are nice and modern. Was regularly cleaned. Tea/coffee/cups were not always replaced. Mini bar is good and was refilled regularlynThe worst part- no air conditioning inside hotel. Made us feel like leaving the building.nPool is nice.nBeach is convenient, good umbrellas and sun beds. People from other hotels came to the Raga section of the beach with children. Sometimes taking beds. Life guard could care less about this.nBeach bar, beach restaurant and gesleme were very good. Waiters work hard, friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, a lot of barmen can't make cocktails.nCoffee, beer, liquors were good.nPool bar ok, but make bad frozen cocktails.nLobby bar ok for straight drinks. Same issue with cocktails.nFood. I don't know why this is called fine dining. Many dishes were very mediocre. I felt like this is something like low grade restaurant on the road in the middle of nowhere. Sad selection of fruits and sweets. Backlava or turkish sweets were not available.nRestaurant. No air conditioning.nOutside terrace is really hot during lunch.nThe worst was reception and guest relations. I wrote to them ahead of time, that my anniversary is October 5.nThey either ignored this or just forgot. We were very disappointed.nWe travel every year for our anniversary. And this is first hotel that treated us like this.nReception is not friendly! Be aware of this.nOverall experience was just ok. Nothing great or exceptional. This hotel has huge potential. But, needs to hire new employees. Chef, for sure! Reception and guest relations as well.nI am giving it 3 stars for nice beach, pool, furnishings and waiters. Everything else needs to be improved.nWould I recommend it to others? Only if the above issues are fixed.
