Never-ever rent a car here. They will try to fool you all the time.nPrices on the web site are incorrect, when you come they will add 20-30% extra for various services (CDW, usage of credit card, etc.)nCars are very old and totally broken, I've rented VW Polo, Hyundai Starex, Dacia MPV and Nissan Terrano from them in several years, they all was barely road-ready.nIn the end they'll charge your deposit with various 'fines', e.g. car wash (OK, it was needed last time), fake refuel (see attached photo, compare license plate on reciept and the car, also they've 'refueled' diesel car with gas).

Don’t rent anything from these guys! They are completely irresponsible and have no work ethics whatsoever! They wanted to modify an existing reservation which I made two months ago without providing an alternative solution. When I asked them they should provide a different car as the inconvenience is due to them, they offered car which cost 2.5 times more than the original price! It’s the high season now so they are just trying to take an advantage of the situation. If you don’t want to get screwed by these guys, simply avoid!!!

It giving you confidence with big and confortable car options for crowded families. We rented an 8 + 1 automatic diesel minivan with whole family having a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The staff was very related and helpful. We were very pleased and would definitely recommend. See you next time..Thanks Filo !!!!

Do Not rent from this company .nThey are most incompetent, rude and deficient company i have ever faced with them .nwe rent a car Volkswagen Van and when we went to pick it up the car seat in back wasn't working and we had many bags so we couldn't put inside the back of the car .nThe manage of the Atalanta airport Mr solayman see the situation and he said well the seat is not working so he changed the car for us to Travleller SUV .nTraveler SUV also had issue ..n1-door closing properly,n2-the seat wasn't getting up rightn3-the Air condition wasn't working properlyn4-the tires air was not enough the light was on !n5- the oil lamp went on after 7 days of our rent and we paid from our pocket to put oil in the car and i gave it to the guy responsible to take the car back !nwe had to spend 3 H in airport and 1 H in garage to resolve all these issue ... this means half a day of our time for irresponsible companynnon top of all this instead of us getting compensation guess what they are charging us more !!!! because traveler Van is more expensive !!!???nnI don't know what management this company has but to start if you gave us functioning car we didn't need to change our car and then charge us more ???!!!nI called again to the manager in Antalya and explain the situation maybe he does remember and they accept their faultnBut guess they don't and they are so rude Mr solayman hang up the phone and saying this is not his problem .nSo i write this review and i hope anyone thinking of renting from this company think 10 timesnI am from Canada and i traveled the world never seen such a thing in my life

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!ni hired a car from them for a long journey and it was a nightmare !! Engine problems, coolant problems and when i called and spoke to Firat, the guy tells me why am i angry !! And refuses to talk. Hung up on my face. They have done nothing what so ever to help me out on this. Paying nearly €300 for 2 days. Unbelievable. DAY LIGHT ROBBERY.nAgain let me make it very clear.nKEEP AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. RUDE. SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH !!!
