Our stay in the hotel was excellent! Everything - starting with food and environment was great. Special thanks to hotel manager Sana, she was very helpful, always gave us best advices and information about hotel and city. Also she was very friendly.

Great hotel, really loved the rooms, the amount of channels on your amazing TVs, room service and the sockets in the lobby. I could keep talking about the actual hotel all day but let’s get straight to the cons.nn1. There is so much Russian guests that the staff have to learn Russian too. Really suspicious how 99% of all people here are Russian, no offence to Russia or its citizens.nn2. The food is really great and the quality never drops. However, you keep serving the same food over and over again, and the social distancing rules aren’t there. You should add more capacity to the lunch and breakfast room so you can use those rules more. I have got a cold from the hotel because the elevator and lifts never get cleaned. Also, your 4 people only in the lifts aren’t being enforced.nn3. Finally, the last con. The cafe lines are never really set up. Sometimes the lines could be on one side but the guests NEVER follow social distancing, and that’s my warning to all guests coming from anywhere. You won’t see anyone wearing a mask in the hotel so I ask incoming guests to take note of this as this might help you.nnADVICE TO GUESTS:nnNever go to the cafe in between lunch and dinner because that’s the rush hour period.nnIf you have a large family, always arrive at dinner, breakfast and lunch early as there are some rude people who decide to sit on the family tables even though they only have 4 members or less!nnThe shops surrounding the hotel are a bunch of travel agency’s. These are common shops you will see on every road. I reccomend that you go to a mall instead!nnRefilling some things are costly in the hotel, so be careful.nnThere is a button on the remote controller to change the language of the channels to English. Club Hotel Sera provided us with excellent service and very professional and respectful staff, we were very happy with our stay at this hotel.nThey have great amenities, very beautiful ottoman style building and top of the line food and drinks service. There is always someone looking after you and taking care of your needs. Game room, clubs, spa, restaurant and the beach was very fun to experience.nI hope highly recommend this hotel to people who want to stay in Antalya.nSana from guest experience was specially helpful with everything we needed local tips.

This hotel is so gorgeous. I have been coming there for 5 years. Covid has changed things , but the hotel does it's best to adhere to the rules. The staff are great everywhere. Reception are extremely helpful, and friendly. I will be back next year. I love it!!!
