I entered to buy a ventilator on 19-05-2020 at 18:00. I wanted to get information about the product. The customer representative I asked first could not provide correct information because he was new. I asked how many Watt he told me the product code. We called the knowledgeable and said that the difference between the two products is only color and decor. However, after I bought the product home, I learned that I bought the product I bought 35Watt other product 55Watt to change it early in the morning. If I bought the display product, they would change it, because I bought the boxed, they couldn't change it. I was a victim of their ignorance. I will not go even further and send me around.
