It’s just really great place with nice location in the center of Antalya. New furniture and nice interiors. More than that staff is incredibly nice and helpful. I recommend to everyone!

Your average accommodation. Close to a major shopping centre. The hotel is new. The room we stayed in was on the narrow side - with heavy cigarette smell. I don’t know how people smoke in the room with the smoke alarm fitted. The price is affordable (we paid 150TL/night). Had to pay for water. I would recommend if it wasn’t for the heavy smell.

Nasty hotel. I had terrible experience there. Upon arrival they insisted that I shoud pay extra if I want not the worst room. I declined as I've already paid full price and there was only 1 room category available for booking - Standard. Owner of hotel supported the decision to provide me the worst room. Though obviously they have plenty of free rooms in covid times. The room was on 2nd floor, about 7-8 sq.meters. Obviously inconvinient. I suppose that hotel's cleaning ladies lived there before as when they showed me the room someone's stuff and bags were there. According to anti-virus measures hotel must ventilate the room at least 12 hours after previous guests. Hotel violated that rule. As well as all the personnel of hotel were not wearing face masks including cleaning ladies, owner, everyone. This is also disrespectful to clients. District around the hotel is terrible. At the time I've been there in November streets nearby were a mess because of multiple construction works with water supply/drainage systems. It was an absolutely terrible stay.

We spent one week in that hotel with family and kids, I would like to say that not in vain it CALLS: COMFORT BASARAN HOTEL, real comfort, affordable prices, quality services and smiling and friendly staff as well. Moreover, location is most important, everything around us: sea, shopping, heritage.neven in pandemic conditions.nthanks a lot
