Customer services of this hotel is amazing especially hotel manager Ibrahim is quite friendly.

Great location, it’s inside Old Town Antalya. There's free street parking outside the hotel but the streets within old town are narrow and could be challenging with a large car (otherwise it’s very doable with a small car). Tell security at the old town gate that you're staying in the hotel and they’ll let you in. Street parking may be limited when it’s high season so call the hotel ahead of arrival to ensure you have a spot.nnDouble room is a little small for two people but otherwise manageable. Clean overall. Comfortable bed.nnPleasant staff.

Texting while driving wasn’t the best first impression on our transfer from airport to hotel. However, overall the service was pleasant and the room was immaculate. The location is great for travellers but be careful booking trips because prices can be negotiated everywhere including the hotel.

Fantastic location and staff!nnThey took very good care of us and helped us book our adventures around Antalya province for a good price. Even took care of making sure our lost luggage was delivered to the hotel and called is the minute it arrived.nnAn excellent one-stop-shop for adventure in Antalya.

3 stars for the staff.nThey were Helpful, friendly, and very respectful but there were some problems. Okey breakfast (little bit on the salty side).nGreat view in the terrace.nn2 stars for the room.nBathroom sticks, the smell is comming from the floor drain. They cleaned it, but still smells.nnBathroom is very cold, and shower head is some what clogged.nNo we would not stay again.nnWIFI is Super slow.
