I am writing about a lawyer named Cem. Imagine that you have drafted an a4 contract and I gave it 700 TL, but we went to have it approved by the notaries, to be officially approved. We certainly could not get it approved by the notary publics because they do not have a legal basis. When we call the lawyer Bey, he says that he has a legal basis, but he cannot tell where, in which article or in which court decision he has this legal basis. Ourselves say we need to open up and investigate the civil law. In other words, the huge lawyer cannot tell you the substance, he says look hungry on it. It's like a doctor says open your own medicine and find it and buy it from the pharmacy. They do not know that I am a law student abroad, but I have not seen such disgrace. I do not recommend Mr. Cem.
