Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Golden Horn

Surpassed me expectations. I only booked one night since I wanted to explore much of the city, but I wished I had made this hotel my home base. The service was excellent, upon arriving I was greeted and waited in line for check-in. While I was waiting they offered my a Turkish coffee, which I am not a fan of but, they make one delicious up of Turkish coffee. I have decided to give Turkish coffee another try. When I checked in with Fahriye, she was very polite, and professional. She made offered me some upgrades in the room and a nice table at the restaurant up stairs. The view from up top is amazing. I recommend this hotel, it's clean, the staff are friendly and the Turkish coffee is terrific.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff who make you feel very welcome. Every staff member went out of their way to make your stay with them memorable, in particular Fatih Alpaslan (head concierge) who made a sweet special gesture to our pet dog who was turning 1 year old. In addition to this the hotel is in excellent condition and to a high standard. Our room was fantastic with large terrace. Free hotel parking is a big bonus in Istanbul and the views are spectacular. We will not hesitate to return and our only regret is we could not stay longer. Top marks and see you next time!

Thanks to the great hospitality of Mövenpick Hotel. Especially the Skydome Lounge & Bar! They have a great menu with delicious foods & drinks! We will see you again definitely!

I’m a returning guest to this hotel. The rooms are cozy, quiet and clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Uedat from the front desk, who helped us very patiently. Will be back again!
