Maciter Hotel

Not bad, but far from good. Looks fancy, but when you start scratching the surface turns out there is no warm water in the room. At least where we stayed. The staff is a mixed bag some of them are quite nice some of them only wish to give your passport back, once you paid. Non of them speaks English. The breakfast is a good example for this hotel: looks good, tastes bad.

It is a hotel how many times I have stayed before, but after the pandemic, it is a complete disgrace in the management and it is constantly opening and closing like a small grocery store. This is the second time we came back from the door and we never had trouble in the frosty night. We, as the wholesalers of the region 18 or over, decided to never stay in this hotel.

The gentleman in charge at the reception was a smiling guest who did his job well. A very good hotel in terms of price performance. We liked the hotel, we decided to stay, but we had a hot water problem. I guess hot water was not flowing due to a malfunction. For this reason, we had to leave the hotel. If this problem was not experienced, it is a very nice clean hotel to stay. Breakfast was included in the price.

The entrance of a hotel should not be like this, in some rooms there is a lot of smoking but it is very advantageous in the heart of the city.
