Simit palace is a very modern and beautiful place for the town of Çay. The clock tower opposite it is a beautifully built 3-storey architectural and artistic wonder. The open and closed parts of the Simit palace are far beyond a simple patisserie. Meeting point, Tea garden, Cafe, patisserie, bakery I like it very much. If you are in Çay district, I definitely gave you GÖR for Simit sarayi and Saat Kulesi.

We ordered baklava with pistachio. The place has a beautiful visual but the baklava did not appeal to my taste, I was on the way, I tried other tastes, if it is necessary to make a comparison, it is sad that my region is not even in Urfa baklava quality (45 TL per kilo) but the relevant staff is nice.
