Sheraton Grand Adana

Very nice and clean hotel with slight arabic architectural touch. Great view from the room balcony. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Room itself is spacious and neat.nGood choice for Adana stay!

I stayed a few weeks in a row at this hotel so I think I may have a good overview about what happens at that hotel.nnFirst of all the general condition of the hotel is quite good. But the most annoying thing is the very bad service!nnAnd all those days I stood there the service was nearly not existing.nFrom breakfast to dinner, from the bar to the restaurant the servers are not doing their job. You may expect someone to appear at your table to offer the menu, ask for drinks or food and serving you as it could be expected everywhere worldwide. But here you are just ignored. No one is coming to your table. And if so they appear maybe one time.nnMost of the time you have to serve yourself. Getting orange juice for breakfast, or salt and pepper...nNormally you have to stand up and get those things by yourself. If you're lucky a waiter is recognizing you while you have a look for those things and will ask. So or so, that is not what you expect in a hotel. Especially when it is a 5 star hotel belonging to a big chain like Sheraton.nnI do not understand how this behavior can be unrecognized by the hotels management.nEven reminding the personal on a daily base to serve you won't make any difference.nnThat is in no way understood to be the correct manner for serving guests.

Staying at Sheraton Adana.Very nice view,clean rooms .some waitresses are good at customer care. Dogan is the best.He speaks English too and he made us feel very comfortable .I recommend it for all travelers

Professional , friendly and helpful staff .. very delicious food , warm ambiance .., wide garden near Seyhan river ,,, perfect for relaxing walk and meditation in green nature ud83eudd0dud83dudc95
