Food is horrible. It’s very over cooked and with either no spices or too much spices. Almost everything we ordered needed more salt. The jalapeño poppers were disgusting. The chicken fingers were overcooked and dry. The tea was cold. I asked for extra plates multiple times and ketchup and they kept forgetting. They over charged for the tea (make sure to watch out for that). Overall it was a horrible experience. the only good thing about the place is the view of the water.

Was OK. I feel that the staff need to train up on how to deal with customers better. The order service was very much a stressed situation which made the experience very poor. 2 star mainly for the location.

Very bad restaurant, I went for breakfast me and my family, we ordered the Turkish breakfast, it came cold and missing many items, also they brought the bread and tea very late, the glass of the restaurant and doors are filthy, also they made 3 mistakes within one order.

This cafe has a nice location but unfortunately the staff are not so friendly with foreigners. After being seated the waiter took our breakfast order of 12 items for 3 adults and 3 children then all of the sudden a man showed up claiming that he is the cafe manger, he dismissed the waiter, scraped out the order and asked us to repeat the order, being so pushy on our choices and frankly he said that we must all order full breakfast menu (which we originally did for 3 person plus other items) that's the Turkish stuff (6 full breakfast even for under 5 years old) then after that we cab add extra like pancake, waffle.. Etc. We left the table so disappointed with the way Mr. Masoud.. Saffron cafe's manger treated his guest just to gain few extra money. Many reviews credit this place for the quality of the food and the location, my review however is rather about the service and the attitude.
