Ugly quality of product at Koton.nnEvery time I travel to Turkey,  I visit Koton for shopping.  This time,  I bought a dress and afterwards I found a hole inside the dress.  I went to change it. There was one dress for my size and it had stain on it!!!! So,  I decided to change it for another size which seemed to be intact but the responcible person didn't change it  because I  lost the invoice,  although the ticket was still hanging on the dress! It seems not only the quality of the products are reduced but also they have list their customer friendly manner!!!!!nIf your rules are so restricted,  better to sale intact clothes to your customers.nMy last experience to visit this Koton shop.

There are non-customer-oriented cashiers and managers.
