Neglected. The old name of the village was Santa [1] and it constituted the Greek region consisting of seven villages. When all the Greek rums were sent to Greece with the exchange after 1924, these seven villages were turned into neighborhoods under the name of Dumanlı and the villagers of the surrounding villages settled.nnThere were one church in each neighborhood and a Greek school in the center. Today, it still maintains its original structure due to its advantages such as transportation difficulties and distance from civilization.
