The staffs are kind and friendly but room was not like picture. I could not even take a bath, because all stuffs were not clean. There wasn’t even water in the room :). Double bed room and one glass for tea or coffee. I called them after 11:45, no one even answer me. We arrived at 11 pm, but there were nothing for eating and drinking, i stayed in another hotel after that night, restaurant was open until 1:30 because of the guests that arrive later. really unprofessional.

We booked the Queen Room for 3 nights spontaneously. Unfortunately the AC didn't worked that well and it was really cold outside so we had a bad first night...nnSome of the things in the room aren't looking nice (electricity behind nightstamp, walls are wet - looks like mould).. bathroom lights didn't work as well, bathroom fan for the dust was broken, plug on nightstamp didn't work..nnNo cleaning after first night.nnWe wanted to cancel 3rd night after first day but they said there is no refund.. really sad.nnWouldn't come again for the price we paid. Maximum 2 stars Hotel

The staff are very kind and nice. The hotel prices are reasonable, but they just need to improve the housekeeping service in the hotel

Very friendly staff, and accommodating. We have booked originally through an agency who made a mistake with our booking, and while trying to help resolve the mistake they tried to make us feel comfortable and happy. The manager himself also made us coffee while waiting to have our problem resolved.
