They sent UPS with Turkey. My friend received it. There is no dents in the box. No invoice or return form was found on or inside the package. We unpacked the products. The samovar is not balanced on the ground. The slider of the part where the coal wood will be placed is stuck and cannot open. There are two places to put a teapot. One is looking somewhere and the other is looking from the crookedness. The welding points of the copper pot are all black. The mouth is divided into two. They sent us scrap, not samovar. I reached the authorities. You do not trust us, so we will refund your money, but they are trying to get to the top by saying that we will never pay the shipping fee. The shipping fee is more expensive than the product, I have already researched the cheapest I can send it to 80 EURO (about 720 TL). I will also have to pay tons of money in case of getting stuck in customs. I found a company that sends it abroad without controlling the product, and then such things will happen, send the product from you, send the product and pay your money. I realized once again that no products will be purchased from any non-corporate company. Do not buy without asking for the video without seeing the product !!!!
