It has been 1 month that the cargo I sent has reached this branch. No movement, no delivery. There is no possibility to reach the branch number! When I call PTT customer service, I learn that they were marked as not accepted and returned. Yet a cargo that has never been delivered! It is officially a branch that makes fun of people, causing material and moral damage. Authorities must intervene in this situation as soon as possible and take the necessary actions.

Very infamous cargo company, my cargo came too late, I went to the branch twice, they did not give my cargo, they directed them to the customer service from there and it has been a month almost certainly does not deserve even a star
Every time I arrive, so many lines are waiting.We want to announce to the cashier for hours and only one person works here. I request the increase of employees as soon as possible.
