We have been in this hospital for a private dental operation of our son, I do not have a word about his corporate identity, but Kocaeli Acbadem is definitely not a place to go as a private hospital ... don't communicate between hospital staff, waiting for your child in the room where they have been hospitalized on the 2nd floor, our son welcomes us on the 3rd floor When we were unaware, they moved after the operation, but we were kept anxiously on 2 floors ... I passed that, our doctor who performed the operation declared that there was around 2 hours and 10 minutes in the operating room and after we were 30 km away from the hospital where we departed for 10 minutes, we paid 3 hours. Calling again had already told us that 10 to 15 minutes would not be a problem with our doctor, and the hospital officials were also aware of this situation and demanded additional fees from us, but the treatment is wrong.

A REZIL HOSPITAL! It does not deserve even 1 star. Employees are indifferent. Let me sum up the event; My handicapped brother is constantly having attacks. He wants to go to the hospital and talk to the nurses. Inside, 2 nurses are looking at us, snickering, they are standing in the emergency room, one with short hair and the other wearing glasses. We applauded for these until our hands exploded! These insightful health professionals did not bother to take 2 minutes and talk to my DISABLED brother, the treatment is disgusting! They will examine that they will get money because ... Let me tell you, you cannot find such a place without understanding anywhere else in Izmit!

The hospital is very nice in terms of cleanliness, but you are kept waiting a lot.Also, we paid in advance for the procedure we had done, they discharged them after the operation, they called again after leaving the hospital and we had to pay 400 TL for the operating room fee. we sent the fee requested from us, but our doctor who carried out the procedure stated that the procedure took 2 hours and 10 minutes, that is, 400 TL was requested for 10 minutes more, so it is difficult to find a hospital with communication problems, you are advertising the name Acıbadem badly.
