I put one star because it's must while you don't any level. Your team at check in counter cancel my flight due failure in system.. I submitted all documents to you but your relationship department also deny the mistake and work hardly to let me carry this responsibility.

Pegasus Airlines is a turkish low-cost airlines, it's main base in Istanbul. They have good connections for their domestic flights in Turkey. Pegasus doesn't offer on board meals and beverages, you need to buy them on board or pre-order on the internet. All in all, Pegasus is an average low-cost airline, I recommend it.
