I missed my flight because people in the counter didn’t speak proper English. When I asked for a solution they didn’t solve anything. I have to re schedule my flight and pay for it. Worst experience ever. People very rude, only one from the ground members helped but I was to late because they didn’t allowed me to take the airplane.

Pegasus robbed me of my money, they promised a refund, but after months and many hours of customer service, they still haven't given me my money back!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. CAN NOT REACH ANYONE TO CHANGE FLIGHTS. THERE IS NO EMAIL FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE NOT RETURNING MESSAGES ON FB. WE WERE FORCED TO CHANGE OUTGOING FLIGHTS AND THAN REALIZED THERE IS NO RETURN FLIGHT SO GOT CHARGED TWICE FOR SAME CANCELLATION. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Pegasus helped us during the flight restrictions of Turkey to The Netherlands. After a brief call they switched our flight without any extra costs. This helped us to get back to The Netherlands.
