Wonderful place

It was the 3rd development since 2015 The reason I dropped a star is that the very simple problems are still continuing. The water in the room 115 faucet flows like a rope and the sink still does not pull out. The fountain of the bidet faucet in the toilet was broken but they did not install a new one, the place is empty (!) It flows steadily from the top, definitely need a shower phone. It is not understandable why these are simple and even essential things are neglected. The toilet paper holder has been displaced twice. The TV broadcast is still ant third development and I could not watch TV with pleasure even once. We reported when we were leaving, but there was no result. The family pool was nice and this time was free of charge. that friend arranged the pool in such a way that we could not enter the water like fire for 15 minutes. di immediately adjusted the water. Generally, there is no problem in terms of personnel. They are respectful, patient and respectful friends. They do not have much limits in terms of catering. But the important thing is that a room with such deficiencies is presented to the customer. Another thing I see and dislike in this hotel is that some customers' cars are parked in front of the main door, it is not possible to understand why they are allowed here. Parked customers feel like a VIP when the car is there. It's nothing but laziness.

First of all, it is not mind-blowing that the pool in a hotel is paid, people come here to find healing, closed in large pools during the pandemic. All you have to do is have a cute little force in the room where you can put your right shoulder, then your left shoulder. How can it not be here because of the big room forces in the apartments, very interesting indeed. Cleaning is ok, staff is friendly, food is not bad. But it turns around and goes to the benefit-loss equation. Do not keep an apartment, make your own food and enter the water in your room as much as you like, half the price. Otherwise, the price is twice the price of calling your tea to your room, sitting down for a ready meal and struggling in the small tub. I did not know.

I have never encountered such a thing in other THERMAL hotels, it is free and it was only taken from the reception.nAt breakfast, we wanted to bleat on demand, the friends there said that it would be ready in half an hour and no preparation was done yet. They do not put a thermos on the tables at breakfast, there is 1 staff member who is a waitress who only grows breakfast supplies. We could drink 1 cup of tea at breakfast.
