In the pre-virus period, just before the schools were closed, we have understood from the situation that the school has been in the last period, and that support was requested from the school family association for the outer wall, garden and its surroundings and unnecessary expenses were made. If you were going to ruin the budget, the budget could be separated why people's efforts were wasted.nIn one, those who have transferred to the newly built school are demanding re-payment from their parents who are in the last year of the 4th grade for school lockers, roller blinds etc. In every state institution, it is on the line without supervision.

The garden walls were intact and in good condition, while the school was undergoing repair, the walls were demolished and rebuilt. Was it necessary to waste, make contractors unnecessarily rich, in an economically troubled period? If needed, it would be better to rebuild the school.
