Let me start by saying that all staff members are very polite and extremely helpful.nnI will also tell you that this hotel is gorgeous on the inside. The rooms are spacious too. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful.nnAlthough there were few technical/internet difficulties when we checked in, I'm willing to forgive such issues because they are out of management's control.nnMy dissatisfaction comes down to three things:nn1) the Air Condition never worked properly and our room stayed very warm hence making it difficult for us to have a good night sleep.nn2) the pillows are very hard and don't give in; not even a little bit, when you lay your head on it.nn3) the bed is not comfortable either but this could be associated with having bad pillows. Maybe if the pillows were nice and soft, the bed could have been more comfortable.nnI hope management/owners take my feedback seriously and consider changing out the pillows or have softer pillows in the closet to accommodate those who prefer a softer pillow.nnAlso, please check the AC in room 615.

- Hotel location is great in the middle of the activities and most of the rooms has great view to the sea.nn- Hotel has Spa, Sona, Gym close at 10.30 pm, Massage and kids area for playing.nn- Breakfast was with lots of options.nn- Intercontinental resturant is open till 12.00 am and serve wide variety of food.nn- Room AC is not cold for most of the rooms we booked, so we open the window.nn- Morning Shift Reception were not cooperative, check in and out get delayed much because of the lady behind the desk she want to charge extra for no reason and once I talked to them several times then they cancel the extra charges, keep original booking reservation with you.

Quite simply, this hotel is outstanding - and not at all what you'd expect to find a few kilometres outside of town (but easily accessible by dolmus minibus). The whole scale of the place is GRAND - from the expansive rooms with expansive views to the wonderful dining area and entrance hall The leisure facilities are also first class: a piping hot steam room, as well as sauna and, of course, a Turkish hammam and large indoor pool. Breakfast was outstanding, and wifi was quick and reliable.nnOur only concern for our late September visit (when it was still quite warm outside, well into the high 20s) is that the air conditioning in the room wasn't very powerful, and for some hours of the day wasn't on at all, making the room feel stuffy at times. We did alert the front desk, who did their best to assist, but this aspect of keeping the rooms at a comfortable temperature of 22-23 is something the hotel needs to pay attention to.nnThe staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, and the standard of English was excellent. Overall, a superb place and excellent value for money if booking ahead.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in my whole life. Un professional staff. They refused to extend half an hour for check out. They have only one therapist at the female spa. The Salon is awful I had pedicure and manicure and the lady cut my skin there was blood around some of my fingers N the tools were not sanitized and each nail was cut in a different shape. Besides, when I went down to the restaurant to have breakfast every one around me even my family ordered scrambled eggs for free, but when I asked the cook for scrambled eggs he told me to pay extra money. To sum up, this should be rated a 2 to 3 star hotel they are far away to be considered as a five star hotel as there is no hospitality at allud83dudc4eud83cudffb

Perfect in everything, I only suggest a clear signs to reach easily from the main road
