It cannot be such a disgraceful company. I took my goods to be shipped, they told me to buy foam with money, we gave cargo money + 12 lira foam money. And it's time to pack the cargo. This is so reckless, I think the name of the employee was Bilal. He sent randomly, he did not even wrap the foams we received in packages that would cover everywhere. If something happens, I said that you have the responsibility during the shipping and he said to me as follows: “No, we do not carry the packages after all, nothing concerns me” and laughed ??? :) I immediately gave feedback to Ptt, but they deleted my comment and mail directly :))
