Halkbank is a disgraceful bank, this branch is the worst. Employees do not look at the phones at all, and because they do not give detailed information while performing the transaction, there is always a problem and you have to go to the branch for the slightest problem. You have a lot of time going and you have to pay a ton of parking money. As a matter of business, we have to work with this branch of this bank and we have not been satisfied for a month yet. I have never seen an irresponsible bank branch that does not do as much business as this branch in my life. When the bank card comes to the branch, they do not even do the simple task of notifying and we do not have to do the answers in a cocky manner.

They are aware of their responsibilities and do not even answer the phone. It's like they put the phones on their desks as ornaments. I will inform the customer center about this. I'il write a petition if necessary.

two years ago I had an account about the staff concerned, but Halkbank's internet banking sucks so I don't use it anymore. I'm not exaggerating in Pendik Bazaar for the fast train market is working there on the exit side, at least 500 people have asked to address this time.
