The worst goldcar desk. They didn't give me back the deposit 600tl. Сonvinced that it is not worth doing business with the Turks, cheaters.
PS also didnt wanted to take debit card, but then charged some "extra" and debit card worked for them!
What a joke I have booked car to pick up guess !!! There were no one so when I tried to call them so many times no answers than I had to ask security of the airport where can I find airport which I had to come out airport to go in car park n than when I found them I said I were ringing u guys no one is answering n the answer was they’re to busy which two of them both sitting doing nothing n when I ask for the car they said I paid £107 for 8 days only hire car not the insurance than they said if I want the car I need to buy insurance from them individually and I have to wait for the car which the car wasn’t even there !!! What a joke avoid this fake n liar company , n they toke full payment from my card n still chasing through my bank to get my money back , what a rubbish suckers
I have booked a car for a week on their partner website which is named « holiday autos ».
I have paid 120€ and when I came at the airport, they did not give me the car.
They said that my card was a debit card and not a credit card.
At the end they did not refund me the 120€ of the booking.
They are organised like a « mafia », pass your way and do not deal with them, they are thieves and they do not care about you.
It is only about money.
Just stay away
Keep away yourself from this company . They offer mostly the lowest price due to having new victims. They always charge you extra for insurance, push you to buy additional services (otherwise threatens starts) so the best way is go to Hertz, Enterprise, Avis, Budget etc... end of the day the price you ll pay more than the top car hire companies. IF you don't want to be scammed then AVOID!!!
On the voucher said that 700 Turkish lira was going to be hold on my credit card, the counter guy asked for 1500, then said 1200 when I showed him the voucher, if on the voucher said 5000 I’ll would happy accept but nobody like to be fooled. Avoid this place
