I had best experience really

I rent a car from 23th Jan till 27th Jan. Pickup and handover from Samsun airport. The employee of Elitcar was really friendly and what i really liked on time waiting for me with pickup and handover the car. We did together a walk around of the car, and he noted all damages or scratches. After my approval I signed and got the keys. He also handover a business card with 24-7 details. What also is nice they don't give the car with an empty gas tank. They fill it up and you have to return the same amount of gasoline when you turn in back. The car was also very economic, I filled only like 50TL for driving almost 5 days. Yes, I will book for sure the next time.

Since almost 4 years I’m renting my cars in Turkey with this company. The cars are always in a very good condition and new. The prices they are offering are unbeatable. They don’t block on your credit card the big amount of rent deposit. They don’t have a counter in the airport but that is even better because the staff drives the car and pick ups the car right in front of the arrival/departure. They handle everything very uncomplicated. The guys are always friendly and respectful. You don’t even need a credit Card. You can pay cash or by credit its your choice. You have a Full coverage in case of any accident. The only things which are not included in the insurance are tires, window which actually is the case with all other car rentals also but they don’t tell. This can be added while booking as an extra amount ( very little, affordable). The car can picked up in all over Turkey and can be returned also in any other place ( city and airport) than the origin picked up place. So all over I can really recommend this company. But pls consider they don’t have an integrated Navisystem but a mobile, you have to book them seperat, I booked that device twice but soon recognised that it is not working properly. Tavsiye edebileceğim bir firma. Senelerdir arabamı kiraladığım bir yer. Fiyatları çok uygun ve arabalar yeni ve temiz. Kredi kartsız ve nakit kiralama mümkündür. Tek negatif olan navigasyon integre değil sadece mobil olarak ekstra istemelisiniz, fakat genelde bu cihazların pek iyi çalışmadığınıda burada söylemem gerekir. Seit Jahren midye ich bei Elitcar nun mein Auro und ich bin wirklich zufrieden. Ihre Autos sind neu und in sehr gutem Zustand, die Preise sind unschlagbar, man muss keine Kaution hinterlegen, der Mietwagen kann in der ganzen Türkei gemietet werden und auch an einem abweichendem Ort als angemietet abgegeben werden. Die Autos sind alles inkl, Vollkasko, das einzige was ich noch dazu buche ist die zusätzliche Versicherung für die Reifen und Fenster/Gläser, bei einem Schaden lohnt sich diese kostengünstige Versicherung. Die Herren sind immer sehr zuverlässig da bei der Ankunft und bei der Abfahrt Vorort. Alles in allem eine super Alternative zu den sehr teuren anderen Anbietern. Der einzige Manko ist, sie haben keine integrierten Navis sondern nur mobile, diese funktionieren leider nicht so gut.
