A very good library, the only bad thing is that it closes at 18.00, the other way is Kocaeli's best library quietly.

The library is amazing. It is an advantage to be in the same building as the science center. But the municipality wrote the sign as Kocaeli Provincial Library, which is misleading. The provincial library is next to the Sabancı cultural center. It is very good that the tram passes right in front of the building. Its transportation is comfortable in this context. There is a walking distance for those who come with dolmus.
